CELSIUS might not be a common name in the UK drinks market just yet, despite powering the likes of Declan Rice and Lewis Hamilton. But the flavours are certainly a winner.
Sports stars Rice, Tom Curry, Georgia Stanway, and the Ferrari F1 team are among the brand's ambassadors as they look to break into the UK market. I tried their latest batch of flavours.
There are four of their 'LIVE FIT' flavours - Fantasy Vibe, Cosmic Vibe, Peach Vibe and Sunset Vibe. All very exotic, with the taste often matching the name.
CELSIUS are an energy drink, but with zero sugar and including seven vitamins. It's almost healthy.
Of the four, Fantasy Vibe's orange flavour was without doubt my favourite. It had the taste of your traditional orange fizzy drink without the super sweetness.
But certainly still gave a boost for the rest of my day and didn't leave me feeling like I was rocking back and forth or with wings...
The Sunset Vibe mango and passionfruit flavour was refreshing without being overpowering. Perhaps a perfect mid F1 race sip as Hamilton and Leclerc look to power Ferrari forward.
CELSIUS's Cosmic Vibe fruit burst didn't burst as much as I'd hope. Perhaps the lack of sugar was being felt. But that may not be a bad thing.
"As a box-to-box midfielder, fuelling right is key," Arsenal ace Rice said. "CELSIUS gives me that energy boost with zero sugar, helping me to stay sharp and to combat fatigue so I can go the distance every game."
Peach Vibe was, unsurprisingly, peachy. I'm not the biggest fan of a peach drink, but this one was refreshing. Not sure I could get through a whole can in one go though.
Lionesses star Georgia Stanway said: "Football is a high-tempo game, you need to stay sharp for 90 minutes and even into extra-time. CELSIUS gives me the energy I need to help me focus, dig deeper, and fight fatigue so I can perform at my best whether for club or country, or just pushing myself in the gym."
