Snooker ace Judd Trump is on the lookout for another extravagant purchase as he nears a jaw-dropping 9million in prize money.
The Bristol-born pro has been smashing it this season, taking home a hefty wad of cash after clinching titles at both the Saudi Arabia Masters and UK Championship. Despite exiting the Masters in the semis, Trump's bank balance is looking incredibly healthy, having bagged 1.22m during the 2024-25 season.
It marks the second time he's smashed the million-pound barrier in just prize money and means 'The Juddernaut' has outdone his previous best year, back in the 2018-19 season when he scooped up 1.09m.
Since swaggering onto the professional scene in 2005, the snooker maestro has racked up a colossal 8.92m in total career winnings although Trump has had to pay a chunk of tax from that figure.
With a taste for life in the fast lane, Trump, known for splashing out on swanky cars, has shared with Eurosport his musings about whats next on his shopping list. He quipped: "Nah, I think I want a yacht next! I think I want a yacht," as he was cackling away.
His comments had legends Jimmy White and Alan McManus in stitches in the pundits box at Alexandra Palace. Trumps certainly not one to sit on his earnings; when he pocketed the UK Championship back in 2012, he celebrated by splurging on a 100k Ferrari 430 Spider.
The 35-year-old also boasts a Lamborghini Huracan in his collection, which would have cost him around 235,000 if purchased brand new, according to the Express. Trump will be gutted to have missed out on the Masters final, with a hefty 350,000 prize for the winner.
It would have marked his third time reaching the final, having previously done so in 2019 and 2023. This is actually the first time he's been knocked out in a Masters semi, having previously defeated Ronnie O'Sullivan 10-4 to bag his first title and narrowly beating Mark Williams 10-8 in a thrilling match two years prior.
