Fastest man in history Usain Bolt has revealed he gets out of breath walking up the stairs - and doesn't like running.
The legendary sprinter and father of three admitted he gets out of puff just walking upstairs as he enjoys his retired life.
The eight-time Olympic gold medallist ran his final race in 2017 and has since settled into a stay-at-home dad routine.
He said: "I mostly do gym workouts [now]. Im not a fan, but I think now that Ive been out for a while, I have to actually start running.
"Because when I walk upstairs, I get out of breath. I think when I start working on it fully again, I will probably have to do some laps just to get my breathing right.
These days Usain said he spends his time building Lego or watching television.
He added: "Well, normally I wake up just in time to see the kids off to school, and then, depending on what I have to do, or if I have nothing to do, I just chill out.
"I might work out, if I'm in a good mood, or I just watch some series and chill until the kids come home.
"I spend some time with them, hang out, until they start annoying me, then I leave. And then afterwards, I just stay at home and watch movies. Or I'm into Lego now, so I do Lego."
Usain, who has been in Tokyo for the World Athletics Championships, also said the new crop of male sprinters were not as fast as his generation.
He said: "You want the real answer? We're just more talented.
"That's all I'm saying. Of course, it shows when it comes to the men.
"You can see the women are different. They're running faster times and faster times. So it shows - it has to be the talent."
Usain said the fact that sprinter Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce improved her times in the carbon-plated 'super-spikes' that today's sprinters are using showed that talent was key.
He added: "You have Shelly, who has got the new spikes, and she ran faster.
"So it's just the talent. We're just way more talented men over that time. It shows if you look at it."
