Animal Crossing: New Horizons is finally here, and that means you've likely had a whale of a time getting to know your new AI neighbours on your new island home.
As colourful as they are, there's no denying the appeal of visiting real friends, but early on this isn't explained as clearly as perhaps it could be. With that in mind, here's our guide to visiting your friend's islands fly safe!
Of course, deserted islands are great and all, but its just as much fun to visit your buddies.
Youll need a Nintendo Switch Online subscription (and some friends), but its a pretty simple process once you know where to go.
Head to Orville at the airport, and tell him you want a friend to visit. Your options are then all your friends or invite via Dodo Code. The former opens the gates to all of your friends, while the latter allows you to generate a code to share which only works for one visit.
If you want to visit a friend, the options are similar. Youll be able to enter a Dodo Code when speaking to Orville to visit a friend, or Search for a Friend to be able to visit their island if theyre online.
Be kind to your friends, though try not to strip their island of resources!
