This week EA Sports got the game more or less back on track and unleashed another top-tier league TOTSSF squad.
We're starting to get to the business end of the promotion and it won't be long before we learn more info about EA Sports plans for the next game in the series.
EA Play Live 2020 starts Thursday, June 11th at 4.00pm PT (Friday, June 12 th at 12AM UK time) and that's when we should learn more about FIFA 21.
No doubt players will have different opinions on where they think the game can be improved. We've some thoughts ourselves if you follow the link below.
But before that important date arrives, we still have at least a few more weeks of the Team of the Season So Far promo.
With that in mind, read on for a rundown of when we think the remaining squads should release in the weeks and days ahead.
Keep in mind, this is simply our opinion and nothing is set in stone, but we think this should keep some players aware of what's coming and when.
FIFA 20 Team of the Season So Far - Confirmed Teams So Far:
April 24 - FIFA 20 Community TOTSSF Squad and English Football League (EFL)
May 1 - English Premier League TOTSSF
May 4 - Suadi Football League TOTSSF
May 8 - Spain La Liga TOTSSF
May 11 - Turkish Super Lig TOTSSF
May 15 - German Bundesliga TOTSSF
May 18 - Portuguese Liga Nos TOTSSF
May 22 - Italy Serie A TOTSSF
FIFA 20 Team of the Season So Far Schedule Predictions
Typically the Dutch Eredivisie is twinned with the Italian Serie A league, so we would suspect to see this league dropping next on Monday.
After Monday we should have just one more 'major' league left before we start winding down the promotion and look to what comes next in the form of EA Sports FIFA 21.
Here's when we think the next TOTSSF leagues will release:
May 29 - Dutch Eredivisie TOTSSF
June 5 - French Ligue 1 TOTSSF
June 8- Latin America TOTSSF
June 12 - Ultimate TOTSSF
June 15 - Rest of the World TOTSSF (This could contain players from Chinese Super League & MLS)
The above schedule is based on the fact that EA appears to have earmarked Wednesday June 10 as the return for the games FIFA 20 TOTW Moments.
They say, this will also be ahead of the final FIFA 20 TOTS SF release, which is typically the 'Ultimate Team of the Season'. However, with EA choosing to release minor leagues on a Monday - instead of together with a major league on a Friday like they normally have done in the past - we think Team of the Season So Far could release its final promo on Monday June 15th.
However, with this being a Rest of the World TOTSSF, we think it's unlikely to clash with whatever players are available in packs as part of 'Team of the Week Moments.'
In a post online the FIFA 20 developers said: "Once the current Team of the Week Moments goes out of packs on Wednesday 29 April 10 a.m. PT, TOTW Moments will be placed on hold during Team of the Season So Far.
"Should the football calendar resume widely enough, Team of the Week would return following TOTSSF effective Wednesday, 10 June.
"Otherwise, Team of the Week Moments will continue effective Wednesday, 10 June."
For the time being, players should make sure they grab some of the games current crop of TOTSSF players available in FUT packs, or from the next Weekend league rewards.
