The new trailer shows a different side of Leonida

GTA 6 will finally launch in just over a year, with a recent delay nudging it back around six months later than its original window.

The game, which has been in development for years, now has two trailers packed with detail for fans to dig through, and that means they're able to find plenty of locations.

Ever the innovators, this has allowed the GTA 6 fanbase to mobilise and put together an incredible interactive map project that really has to be seen to be believed, and could be our best chance yet at taking a look at Vice City and Leonida before we land there next year.

Here's all you need to know about this impressive project.

GTA 6 fans make an interactive map

Over on the ever-growing GTA 6 subreddit, one user posted an update on the GTA 6 Interactive Map, which now comes in English and German and can be found here.

Promising over 100 detailed locations, a place to match up screenshots, and all Trailer 1 locations, it's clear the project has been a labour of love.

"The map is fan-made and based on trailer analysis, leaks and community findings of the map community," the post explains.

Jason is the other protagonist of GTA 6

Some fans have offered to translate the map into other languages including Spanish and Portuguese, while others are amazed.

"God-tier post," one fan added, while another said "This project keeps getting better, props to everyone involved."

"Maximum quality post. Will be coming back to this frequently.

Previously, fans had turned GTA 5 into GTA 6 via an impressive mod that aimed to recreate Vice City and Leonida's map in the PC version of the game.

Sadly, Rockstar shut down the project, but given this latest map isn't playable, we'd imagine it'll stay available for longer.
