How many times have you watched the new GTA 6 trailer? We've pretty much had it on a loop, which is sure to make Sony happy.
If you've not seen it, be sure to check out our rundown of some of the finer details, but some internet naysayers have suggested Rockstar's latest couldn't possibly look that good.
We admit to some scepticism ourselves before Rockstar maintained it was captured on a base PS5, but some online have suggested the game is promising too much, leading to unfavourable comparisons with games like Cyberpunk 2077, which infamously launched in a sorry state after looking incredible in trailers.
Rockstar's response, though, has been swift and leaves no shred of doubt.
"Grand Theft Auto VI Trailer 2 was captured entirely in-game from a PlayStation 5, comprised of equal parts gameplay and cutscenes," Rockstar posted on X (formerly Twitter), which has now racked up over 10 million views.
While we'd suggest much of the trailer is made up of in-game cinematics rather than moment-to-moment gameplay in the traditional sense, it's still hard to argue with such a definitive statement.
The industry leaders in graphical analysis, Digital Foundry, have also taken a look at the trailer and predicted the game is likely to run at 1440p but with an absolutely staggering amount of detail.
The team does point out there are some missing shadows and other aspects that you may have missed, but if nothing else, that just makes the whole thing feel more authentic to what we imagine the final product will look like.
Given how good Red Dead Redemption 2 and its shrinking horse testicles looked on PS4 and Xbox One, perhaps we shouldn't have been surprised, but the PS5 Pro could offer an even more impressive way to play GTA 6.
"I don't think [with the] initial release it'll come out at 60fps unless it's getting those 60fps by [using] an AI upscaler thing like the PlayStation is doing [PSSR], unless something is coming in and helping it get those 60fps," former Rockstar Games animator Mike York explained in January.
"I don't think it'll get the 60fps raw out the gate on a base console. PS5, for instance. Maybe PS5 Pro, or whatever, but I still don't think so."
