Makoto Nijima is a member of the Phantom Thieves that joins you a little way into the game and you'll need some good social stats if you want to start bonding with her.

The social link has had a bit of a rework for Persona 5 Royal, meaning the abilities you unlock and points you get for socialising with her have been altered a little.

The character, known as Queen when the Phantom Thieves use codenames in Mementos and the Metaverse, was being manipulated by people in power to get dirt on the protagonist and his crew how that backfired!

You will unlock Makoto once you clear Kaneshiro's palace and can usually be found during the day in front of the Student Council Office , or outside the school gates .

Makoto's events are available in the daytime on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, and she is available day and night on rainy days.
