PlayStation Plus Essentials might be the 'cheapest' tier of Sony's membership service, but it's served up some fantastic titles this year alone.
While some were lukewarm on Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League, the arrival of Dragon Age: The Veilguard and Robocop Rogue City, as well as Balatro, NBA 2K25 and Destiny 2: The Final Shape have meant there's almost been something to intrigue you in recent months.
We'd say the Essential Tier has given us more bang for our buck than the Extra and Premium tiers in 2025, despite the arrival of titles like FBC: Firebreak.
That means we're desperate to find out what's coming next, so here's when we'll know the PlayStation Plus Essential lineup for July 2025.
The PS Plus Essential July 2025 reveal is slated for 8.30am PDT / 11.30am EDT / 4.30pm BST on Wednesday, June 25.
PS Plus Essential games are always announced on the last Wednesday of the month before being made accessible to players on the following Tuesday, which in this case is Tuesday, July 1.
When they arrive, the current June lineup will go back up to full price, so be sure to add them to your library even if you're not planning to download them just yet.
As a reminder, here's what you'd be missing out on if you didn't snag them before that date:
Whether you're looking for a Jet Set Radio tribute, a spooky survival horror, a sports game or the latest Destiny 2 expansion, there's plenty to enjoy with this month's lineup so don't miss your chance to grab them for nothing!
