Not every review was quite so glowing, though, with one traveller observing: "BA has very good package holidays. Their choices of hotels are excellent at good prices, however, their flights need improving. My biggest issue with BA is the lack of service. Coming around only 3 times to offer drinks during a 15-hour flight is poor service."
