CBB Tiffany Pollard comes out as nonbinary and admits kissing girls 'felt right'

Celebrity Big Brother icon Tiffany Pollard, who appeared on the UK version of the show back in the 17th series, has spoken openly about their gender identity

Tiffany Pollard "resonates" with the term non-binary.

The Celebrity Big Brother legend recently spoke to Pink News about their queer fanbase and discussed their gender identity: "I really do resonate with non-binary because I feel like we are so dual without even recognising it because it takes two sexes for us to get here. So some days, you know, I may feel more masculine."

"Some days I'm super feminine and that's okay. The first time I ever really kissed a girl was junior high and I knew, you know? That was fine. It felt right. It has to happen at some point."

"You gotta come out of that closet and once you do it's like: 'Okay, wow, this world is open to me in new ways and sweetie, shoving me back in the closet is never going to be an option."

Tiffany said that if they didn't have "such a strong connection with the queer fanbase that they have," the reality TV star "doesn't know if they would still be in the game as prevalent as they are" today.

Pollard said that they "love to hear their quotes recited," referencing Tiffany's often memed quotes from shows like Celebrity Big Brother. Tiffany then said: "I mean, look at me. Am I not a drag queen? And I meant that in all seriousness."

The former CBB contestant revealed that they were "bullied a lot especially as a kid," and feels like "the gays understand and accept that," seeing "a lot of Tiffany in them and vice versa".

"I'm just grateful that I have the connection that I do with my queer fanbase," Tiffany signed off. Fans in the TikTok comments praised Tiffany for their admission and one person wrote: "Thats really all its about. What resonates with you, what helps you understand yourself."

Another said they are "glad Tiff knows they are a queer icon" while a second person chimed in: "It makes me so happy that Tiffany is in the community!"

A third person joined in: "Of all people I never thought id ever be able to relate to, TIFFANY POLLARD is the last person I expected to describe my gender identity to a T."

Others said Tiffany's confession is a "win for the community," that the video is "so important to them" and that the reality TV star is now "on their side".
