Viewers of Celebrity Big Brother were left gobsmacked when hosts AJ Odudu and Will Best dropped a bombshell about a heartbreaking split just minutes into the show.

On Tuesday night (April 22), the dynamic duo, Will and AJ, returned to host another live eviction, presenting the legendary programme from outside the notorious house.

Addressing both the studio audience and those watching at home, the pair provided an update on the recent happenings. Commenting on the upheaval within the house, Will remarked: "A twist more shocking than former Big Brother stars Jordan and Henry breaking up. I know!"

However, viewers were taken aback when Will casually mentioned the split between Jordan Sangha and Henry Southan, which was announced earlier that day.

Fans flocked to social media site X to express their surprise. One viewer posted: "Not Will mentioning the Jordan and Henry split," reports OK!.

Another fan commented: "Are the Jenry fans actually up in arms about the split mention on the show?" A third chimed in: "Not the jenry breakup being referenced 2 minutes in."

A fourth heartbroken viewer added: "Will announcing the jenry break up on the main show after he was in the hot tub with them literally 9 days ago and everything seemed fine."

The unexpected split was announced today by Jordan and Henry, both taking to their social media platforms to share the news.

Henry penned: "After a lot of thought, Jordan and I have decided to go our separate ways. It's incredibly sad, and we're both hurting, but we know it's the right step. We're so grateful for the love and support you've shown us - thank you."

He then requested: "Please give us some space as we figure things out privately."

On the other hand, Jordan issued his own statement which read: "An unfortunate announcement. After many times, memories, and precious experiences, Henry and I have parted ways. I want to thank everyone who has supported us. We will always remain close friends. Cheers x."
