A Place In The Sun host Laura Hamilton has left fans in awe after posting a brand new gym selfie.
The Channel 4 presenter struck a pose as she flaunted her impressive biceps to hit back at online critics who suggested she was "too old to wear a bikini." After a session at the gym, Laura seized the moment to flaunt her muscles with a pair of dumbbells in front of a large floor-length mirror, wearing vibrant red leggings, a black sports bra and a beaming smile.
Laura posted the snap on her Instagram and wrote: "6,7 Apparently that's what the cool kids say. So here I am, in the gym, trying to keep up!"
Fans flocked to shower her with praise as one follower commented: "You are absolutely beautiful and strong Laura," as another chimed in: "Wow impressive," reports the Mirror.
Laura's striking post follows her response to online haters who recently claimed she was 'too old' to don a bikini. The presenter looked sensational in a black and white swimsuit as she questioned: "Who decides when we're 'too old' for anything?"
"I recently read a comment saying I was too old to wear a bikini...and it honestly made me stop and think for a second, but then I reminded myself, life's way too short to worry about what other people think."
The mother-of-two went on: "Today I'm wearing a swimsuit, not because of the comment I read but because I wanted to and I feel comfortable in it! We all have days when we feel self-conscious, but we deserve to enjoy the sunshine, the beach, the pool, whatever makes us happy, no matter our age and whether we choose to wear a swimsuit or a bikini!"
