Dani Dyer has disclosed her father Danny Dyer's one weakness and confessed she needs to 'keep him in check'.
New Sky programme, The Dyers' Caravan Park, tracks Danny, 48, a holiday park devotee, as he strives to save the quintessential British break by rejuvenating Priory Hill in Leysdown, Kent.
Danny, who treasures recollections of his 1980s caravan getaways, is investing his cash, enthusiasm and hard work into reviving the enchantment of the classic family holiday alongside daughter Dani, 29.
The father-daughter pair enjoy an incredibly close relationship, having worked together on numerous projects including True Love or True Lies, their hit podcast Sorted with the Dyers and travel show Absolutely Dyer: Danny and Dani do Italy.
Speaking before the series debut, Dani explained how she and her father 'balance each other out' whilst collaborating: "I think my dad's weakness is money", admitted Dani, reports the Mirror.
"He will spend and spend and spend that man, whereas me, I do like to have a little bit of a look because when we got there [Priory Hill], we didn't realise how expensive things are.
"We wanted to get a park for the kids, and we were like: 'Oh my God, I didn't realise how much a slide costs.' He's very much all in, whereas I'm like: 'Right, let's just take a little bit of a step back and see what will work best for this caravan park. You know, let's not throw our money into just one thing.'
"So I think we just balance each other out by me being a little bit more sensible when it comes to the money side of things. I think for him it really works because he's lovable down there, like everyone adores him.
"And I think people that may not have been a fan can see him now and go: 'Oh, we love Danny!' I think it's really lovely with the residents because we've just become so close with them all."
Meanwhile, Danny admitted: "I'm very frivolous with money and I wanted her to rein me in a bit and be a fresh pair of eyes - otherwise I would've built Disneyland there or something.
"I decided to personally invest in the park itself but then I started to get very excitable, and I didn't realise how expensive everything is."
The Dyers' Caravan Park launches 24 February on Sky and NOW.
