A man who once weighed 36 stone and would eat 15,000 calories everyday has opened up about transforming his life.
Reece May used to consume nearly the six times recommended daily calorie intake, and was left in a "dark, depressive state", but has now shared incredible weight loss transformation.
During an appearance on Good Morning Britain, Reece spoke to presenters Charlotte Hawkins and Richard Madeley, where he confessed that he used to eat kebabs for breakfast, and wake up at night to eat chocolate and crisps.
At one point, Reece feared he was "eating himself to death", with his diet including a pizza for lunch and three mixed grills for dinner as well as chocolates and crisps throughout the day and night.
Now, he has changed his life around, but admitted he couldn't believe what was in front of him when displayed with what used to be his daily diet.
Reece said: Believe it or not, this is the first time Ive looked at all that food in about a year. I cant believe I did it, I let myself eat all that food.
He added that he feels really well and amazing after now turning his life around, but heartbreakingly shared what life used to be like for him.
"I used to feel really bad," he said. "It was that bad. It sent me to a dark, depressive state, and to be honest, I'm glad I got out of it."
Reece remembered one pivotal moment he encountered, when he entered a gym, and a member of staff told him, "You're not long for this world.
"I broke down on the chairs," he said, before speaking to a personal trainer about changing his life, and now exercising five days a week and using weight-loss injections.
He went on to describe how different his life is now, saying: "I'm never hungry, I've sometimes got to force myself to eat, I've got a meal plan that I'm sticking to vigorously, I'm training five times a week," reports the Mirror.
He added, "I don't intend on breaking it because I don't want to go back to eating all that food."
Reece's transformation left him lost for words, as he confessed: "I can't put it into words."
Good Morning Britain airs weekdays from 6am on ITV1 and ITVX.
