Celebrity Big Brother is about to come to a close after tonight's final - but one former contestant has not been tuning in. Ian H Watkins, best known as H from Steps, starred on the show back in 2007 which is still known as one of the most volatile series since the show ever began, with Jade Goody and Shilpa Shetty's controversy dominating a lot of the show that year.
We asked the singer how he found his time in the CBB house and if he had any thoughts on the current series, to which he responded: "I've not watched this series yet. But my time in the CBB house was a controversial series. It catapulted and destroyed careers! I'm still friends with Shilpa!"
When asked if he has any advice for the current contestants, he added: "Be yourself, be kind.. and don't be a d***!"
We also wondered if he has any regrets from his long-standing pop career. He shared: "Saying yes to everything! I pick and choose wisely now. I say 'no' a lot... Which makes room for more 'yeses'!"
In other news, Ian has teamed up with Tesco Mobile to launch its 5, 6, 7 Freeze' campaign, offering frozen prices for customers who take out a Clubcard Price contract.
According to the 2,000 Brits polled by Tesco Mobile, almost half (46 percent) admit they feel frustrated when a supplier tells them that their bill is rising and admit that looking at their bills feels like a tragedy (23 percent).
Mobile phone price increases (37 percent), mystery broadband increases (34 percent) and energy standing charges going up (34 percent), are most likely to make our blood boil.
Commenting on this, Ian said: "As a busy parent, juggling bills alongside everything else life throws at you can feel overwhelming. The constant worry about rising costs only adds to the stress.
"Thats why its such a relief to know that families like mine can stay connected without the fear of unexpected price hikes, thanks to Tesco Mobiles Frozen Prices on Clubcard Price deals.
"It means one less thing to think about giving us more time to enjoy the moments that matter. To help parents remember to check their bills, Ive created a fun TikTok dance, called the 5,6,7, Freeze. Its on my TikTok, check it out!"
