Love Is Blind star, art dealer Leo Braudy, has caught fans' attention after frequently discussing his career.

Netflix's beloved dating show dropped its latest season to fans on Wednesday, October 2 serving up the first six episodes with the rest to follow on a weekly basis.

Fans were introduced to one particularly intriguing contestant: 30 year old Leo, who's not shy about boasting about his high-flying gig in the art world.

In a confessional, Leo said: "I'm fortunate. I have an interesting and lucrative job. I'm an art dealer. It's a family business. I actually own it now.

"I ended up inheriting it, but one of my biggest insecurities is that a girl only wants me for money.

"I think that an experience like this that focuses on the emotional connection first is an opportunity that I couldn't pass up."

Taking over Capital Art Advisory wasn't easy, with Leo opening up about the company helm falling into his hands following his family's fight with cancer back in 2015.

As the progeny of founders Ethel and Arthur Furman, Leo has taken the business to new heights.

The company's website boasts: "Since taking over the company, Leo has vastly expanded the outreach and breadth of work of the gallery, including a largely expanded selection of museum-quality bronze sculptures, functional water pipes, and other new and exciting artists' works."

The website reveals that Ethel A. Furman and Associates was established in 1970, but under Leo's leadership, it was relocated from Washington to New York and renamed to honour the firm's origins.

It further mentions that part of Leo's role involves travelling to major art fairs and delivering lectures on the business of art. The reality star is also penning a book on these subjects.

In an Instagram video, he expressed his desire to use his fleeting reality show fame to support undiscovered artists.

On the show, Leo stated: "I'm really fortunate to be 30 years old and not have to worry about money at all.

"It's something I'm honestly a little bit uncomfortable talking about in general. I grew up, like, very well-off...

"The business I was really blessed to inherit does, like, pretty well."

Leo found a connection with Brittany Wisneiwski, to whom he proposed. However, they were not among the six couples selected by the producers for a honeymoon in Mexico.

Instead, they opted for their own Miami getaway, as per a title card on the show, but "broke off their engagement weeks later".
