Former Love Island star Olivia Attwood has confessed she branded her new co-star "hot" during filming and thinks got a little awkward

Olivia Attwood has admitted she got caught calling her new co-host hot. The presenters latest TV format is cookery contest The Heat alongside legendary chef Jean-Christophe Novelli, which starts tonight at 9pm on ITV2.

When Olivia arrived for filming, the star and her team got picked up by a chauffeur. What she didnt realise was Jean-Christophe was in the front of the van.

As Olivia chatted about her new show, he overheard everything. Jean-Christophe said: I was listening to the conversation and then I heard Olivia say, Apparently the chef is not easy, hes got high standards.

Olivia did not know I was there. Then I heard her say, Apparently he is very hot! I might be 65 but my ears are very good.

Olivia was left red-faced when she realised what had happened.

She said: I told everyone Jean-Christophe Novelli was hot on the first day on the job!

Olivia is newly-single after splitting from husband Bradley Dack. The break-up has been making headlines in recent weeks. But Olivia is keen for her personal troubles not to overshadow her new show. She said: I make a very conscious effort to keep the two things as separate as possible.

The Heat is not about my personal life. Its about the kitchen and Jean-Christophe.

Olivia has become one of ITVs biggest stars. Her other formats include Getting Filthy Rich, Bad Boyfriends and The Price of Perfection.

She said: I make no secret about it, I am in love and obsessed with my job. Its everything Ive worked towards for the past seven or eight years.
