"You're not allowed to take anything from Strictly- but they gave me that one!"

Ranvir was partnered with Giovanni Pernice during her Strictly stint in 2020 and came a respectable fourth place in the competition.

Sharing her excitement to be on the show at the time, Ranvir previously said: "I write myself off quite a lot, but Strictly is reigniting a small modicum of pride in what my body can achieve, even though I take ill upon it. I think that's the joy of Strictly.

"It's a big moment in anybody's life to be on Strictly. It's invigorating, it's exhilarating, and you feel incredibly lucky."

After receiving the fewest votes ahead of the highly anticipated final which saw Bill Bailey and Oti Mabuse crowned as winners, Ranvir shared her disappointment to leave the show.

She expressed at the time: "Theres some really beautiful moments in there and so much more than I ever expected and Im sad not to be in the final.

"But at the same time, I am glad that weve moved people to tears and the Argentine tango was an amazing moment."

Singing Giovanni's praises, she added: "Weve had some really fantastic memorable moments and I know I couldnt have got this far without you."

On Lorraine, Ranvir and Tyler discussed 2023 Strictly contestant Layton Williams and his decision on wearing a dress during his time on the show.

Talking about his choice of clothing a source reportedly told The Mirror: "Layton made it clear very early on that he didnt want to be pinned down to just wearing male costumes.

The insider added: "He wanted his Strictly outfits to reflect different sides of his personality and everyone fully supports him on that.

"So he will have a chance to wear Strictly dresses, as well as the mens sharp suits, when he performs. There are some really exciting looks in there. Layton cant wait to get started, the source explained to the publication."
