Ibiza Final Boss Jack Kay appears completely different in a throwback photo that emerged before his meteoric rise to stardom.
The 26-year-old builder from Newcastle has achieved instant recognition following an eight-second TikTok clip that's secured him a Channel 4 documentary and a lucrative brand partnership.
The viral internet sensation is renowned for his distinctive hairstyle, but in an unearthed snap, the content creator looks entirely transformed with a style that's miles apart from his trademark appearance.
Positioned on the right in a pub photograph, Jack can be seen posing beside a pint, sporting a far less pronounced fringe whilst his beard and chain are completely absent from view.
Reflecting on his remarkable journey to celebrity status, he revealed: "Where I'm from is like a council estate. Not much happens round there for people like me. People like me don't get the chance to make it to this level, do you know what I mean? To make it to this level is like a dream, honest to God!"
Back in August, Jack was grooving at a gathering when he captured the eye of fashion brand Zero Six West Ibiza. He sported black and gold shades to complement his black vest and enormous gold chain, reports the Mirror.
His toned arms were prominently displayed and his now legendary bowl cut had been styled to absolute perfection. The fashion label shared an eight-second footage of Jack's moves, enquiring: "Does anyone know this absolute legend coz we've got 2 free guestlist with his name on it!"
On TikTok alone, the video has racked up nearly 30 million views, and Jack quickly became an internet sensation, earning the nickname 'Ibiza Final Boss'. His viral fame caught the eye of a talent agency, leading to a tour of club appearances.
A PR expert estimates that he could be pocketing between 1k-5k per night. With at least eight gigs already done, Jack's estimated earnings from these club appearances range from 8k to a whopping 40k.
The new film tracks Jack's journey as he navigates his sudden fame and attempts to carve out a lasting career as an internet celebrity. When quizzed about why millions were captivated by his distinctive style, Jack mused: "I think why people love that video because it's just my aura.
"I think no one has seen us before. When I've just stepped in the dance, looking the way I'm looking with my shades and my hair. My tattoos, my muscles, my beard and stuff. People think, 'Who's he?' That's what I think."
He also revealed that maintaining his signature look now requires three trips to the barber each week, costing him around 80.
"Before the fame, it was twice a week but now it's three times," he explained. "I've got to keep myself on point.
"Three, four years ago, I had long hair, like a slick-back. I got sick of it and changed it to a Scouse trim. It's basically just a low fade. Brush my hair to the side, put a bit of hairspray on. It's got to be spot on."
He concluded: "It looks fresh doesn't it? Everyone loves it. Especially the birds. They loved it before the fame and now."
The Ibiza Final Boss: UNTOLD is now streaming on Channel 4's catch up service and YouTube
