1. WHO WE ARE

IdiliQ Hotels & Resorts and IdiliQHotels.com. are trading names of RMF Europe Limited (UK Company Number: (08592090) registered office address is: Hallswelle House, 1 Hallswelle Road, London NW11 0DH. (we, us, our or the Company). The hotels/resorts are operated under franchise agreements with Wyndham Hotel Group (UK) Limited, a limited company registered in England, company number 08263382.

This privacy policy has been prepared by us to meet the requirements of the EU Regulation 2016/679 General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR) or as it has been enacted into United Kingdom law by the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 and as supplemented or amended by the Data Protection Act 2018 (UK GDPR) such as the particular GDPR regime applies to us depending on which jurisdiction we are operating in.

For the purposes of the UK GDPR, and other than as described below, RMF Europe Limited (UK ICO ZA034554) will be the data controller of the personal data we process about you.

In circumstances where an EU GDPR representative is required, details can be obtained by contacting our Data Protection Officer using the contact information set out further on in this privacy policy.

This privacy policy (together with our Terms of Use and any other documents referred to in it) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that we receive about you from third parties, will be processed by us. Please read this privacy policy carefully and if you do not accept it, you should stop using this website immediately.

Data Controllers
This privacy policy is applicable to all companies which are subsidiaries, associated or sister companies of the Company, however there may be variations in the following circumstances:

Employee or contractor: if you are an employee or a contractor of a different company your data controller will be the company shown on your contract or as notified to you.

Guest staying at a branded resort: the data controller will be the entity shown on your booking and/or check in form.

In all instances our data controller will hold a data protection registration in the particular jurisdiction in which it operates and as applicable apply the UK or EU GDPR Regulations as set out in the remainder of this privacy policy. Please note that as described elsewhere in this privacy policy you may enter into separate relationships with other providers who will be the data controllers for that particular relationship, and you are advised to check their individual privacy policies.

2. YOUR PERSONAL DATA

2.1 The personal data that we collect may include:

- 2.2.1 where you provide it by filling in the forms on this website (our Site) through creating a members account on our Site;
- 2.2.2 through your visits to our Site;
- 2.2.3 where you use a hard copy form to send us information;
- 2.2.4 through our correspondence and communications, or a record of them if you contact us (including recording calls for training and monitoring purposes);
- 2.2.5 via surveys that we use for research purposes, which we have asked you to complete;
- 2.2.6 through details of holidays reserved through us and other information obtained as part of a transaction with us.

- 2.3.1 where you fill in forms on websites operated by lead generation companies;
- 2.3.2 as part of lead generation databases; and
- 2.3.3 through surveys that are collected on our behalf by third party companies.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

3.1 We collect and process your data in order to provide you with our services or to promote our services to you. This includes using your personal data in the following ways:

- 3.2 Any information or statistics relating to our business that we disclose to others shall not identify you personally.
3.3 We and our sister companies (a list of companies providing the key services is available on request) have been in business since 1984 and during that time have developed a number of divisions. We and our sister companies offer a wide range of services and products so that our customers can enjoy great holiday experiences in many different destinations, whether it is buying a residence abroad, sailing holidays, using our travel club, holiday ownership, points, renting holiday accommodation or simply enjoying our great hospitality and management services, The portfolio is extensive and has been put together with many years of experience in understanding how you want to holiday. From time to time we would like to share our experiences and promotions with you.
3.4 Third Party Communications

- 3.4.2 In addition, if you have provided us with consent to do so, we may pass your details to other specific named third parties, so that they can provide information about their products and services which may be of interest to you. They may contact you by post, telephone, email, SMS or other method to which you have agreed.
3.5 We use your personal data for a variety of different legal bases, including:
- 3.5.1 for the performance of a contract to which you are a party or in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract. If you do not provide such personal data, we may not be able to satisfy our legal obligations to you under such contract;
- 3.5.2 where necessary for our legitimate interests, for example in relation to undertaking market research and personal preferences in relation to providing you a complete and tailored experience in particular in relation to occupation, income band and marital status; and
- 3.5.3 in relation to sending our direct marketing materials to you, we rely on you having given consent to us in respect of such communications.

We reserve the right to take reasonable steps to authenticate your identity with respect to any such request.

4. CONSEQUENCES OF NOT PROVIDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

You are not obligated to provide your personal data, however, some of the personal data we request from you (including the data detailed at 2.1) is required for us to provide you with our services. Therefore, we will not be able to offer all of our services without it. Generally, where we ask you to consent to us processing your personal data, this is the data which is not required by us to fulfil our obligations to you and you can withdraw your consent to us processing such personal data at any time.

5. PROFILING

5.1 We may analyse your personal data to create a profile of your interests and preferences so that we can tailor your holiday experiences and contact you with relevant information. We may make use of additional information about you when it is available from external sources to help us to do this effectively.
5.2 To the extent that we create and store your profile we do not take decisions about you which are based solely on automated processing of your personal data.
5.3 When we use your personal data to create your profile the following shall apply:
- 5.3.1 clear information explaining how we compile your profile shall be provided to you, including the significance and likely consequences of creating a profile;
- 5.3.2 the personal data we hold about you which relates to your holiday interests and preferences will be used by our team to create a profile for you which we will then use to provide you with suggested holidays and offers which we think may be of interest to you;
