Tyson Fury explains exactly how he will beat Anthony Joshua

Tyson Fury has vowed to brutally knock Anthony Joshua out in their mouthwatering heavyweight showdown later this year.

The two British boxing icons agreed to meet in the ring last month, and are expected to clash in either October or November. With a venue yet to be confirmed, it is expected that north London's Wembley Stadium will stage the historic domestic dust-up.

Fury returned to the ring back in April, a year after announcing his retirement from the ring. The former two-time heavyweight champion coasted to a rather comfortable decision win over Arslanbek Makhmudov at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. The 37-year-old quickly called out Joshua - who was sitting ringside - but the latter opted against engaging in the theatrics.

Joshua will return to the ring against unknown heavyweight Kristian Prenga on July 25 in Riyadh before facing Fury. 'AJ' has not fought since his uninspiring sixth round knockout win over YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul back in December. The Brit is expected to make easy work of his upcoming adversary over in Saudi Arabia, as he aims to get some crucial minutes under his belt before clashing with Fury.

The 'Gypsy King' has been far from impressed by Joshua as of late, and is confident he can brutally expose the 36-year-old's chin. "Ill knock him out for sure," he said to FurociTV. "He will not be able to survive against me. He does not have any chin and I will bang him on it because I am quicker than him and I am a better boxer.

"So, the fun facts are this: Daniel Dubois' last five fights have been Usyk, (Jarrell) Big Baby Miller, (Filip) Hrgovic, (Anthony) Joshua and (Fabio) Wardley. And out of all of those five men, he banged all of them on the jaw each time. And the only sucker to go down five times or even once was Joshua."

Fury added: "He hit Usyk with everything right on the jaw - did not go over. Wardley the same. You saw it for ten, eleven rounds on the night. Big Baby Miller was under total pressure the whole time. Did not go down once and so did Hrgovic, the same. The only one who got knocked out and knocked down five times was Joshua. So I will out him back in where he should be. Bambi on ice.

"Before, there was no real it was always the promoters' problems, like Frank Warren, Eddie Hearn, like we want to put it on or theres no money or theres this and theres that or whatever.' But, with Turki Alalshikh, one he has the funds to make s*** happen immediately, and two, he does not go with the promoters."

The Morecambe scrapper is eyeing up at least one more fight before taking on Joshua - with an opponent yet to be decided. But 'AJ's' upcoming rival Prenga is planning on ruining the British dust-up altogether by upsetting the odds in July. "Everybody is talking about Joshua vs. Fury as if this fight is just a formality, which is a very dangerous mindset in heavyweight boxing. One punch changes everything in this division," he told Casinolyze.

"I am not showing up for a payday or a photo-op, I am coming to win the fight. By winning, I will smash the biggest fight in British boxing history overnight. The world needs to understand that I am not a manufactured fighter. I am a real fighter who has earned everything through hard work. I fight for my family, my supporters, for Albania, and now I fight for every person who has ever been overlooked or underestimated.

"A victory changes everything: financially, professionally, and historically. But more than anything, it proves that belief, toughness, and perseverance still matter in this sport. For sure I am being overlooked, but thats fine. The people overlooking me today will be the same people pretending they always knew how dangerous I was afterward. Being doubted fuels me."
