Chad has served as the CFO of Predactiv (formerly ShareThis) since 2019. Before Predactiv, Chad served as CFO at private equity backed cloud software and data company Forensic Logic, and earlier worked at Salesforce and NBCi in strategic finance roles. Formerly, he worked in investment banking and M&A consulting at Houlihan Lokey, Duff & Phelps, and KPMG for over sixteen years advising private equity backed and public technology and media companies. He started his career in public accounting at KPMG in the technology practice. Chad earned an MBA from Columbia Business School, and is also a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, and San Diego State University. He is also a CPA.
