Does Castlery offer free shipping?

Castlery offers free shipping on orders over $1399, or more in certain areas of the USA. Standard shipping charges range from $19 to $149 depending on the size and weight of the order, and will be displayed at the checkout once you've provided your zip code.

What is The Castlery Club?

The Castlery Club is the brand's loyalty program, which is quick, easy, and best of all, free to join. By becoming a member, you will instantly be rewarded with $50 off your first purchase. Through every purchase you make at Castlery, you will be rewarded with credits and these credits will equate to a specific dollar amount (e.g. 50 credits is $50, 100 credits is $100, 200 credits is $200).

There is a minimum amount to spend on orders to be able to use these credits. For example, to use 50 credits you need to spend a minimum of $1000 on an order, and to spend 200 credits you need to spend a minimum of $2000 on an order.

Customers can earn credits in other ways as well as making purchases: creating an account (25 credits), signing up for the mailing list (25 credits), completing your profile (20 credits), following Castlery on Instagram (10 credits), leaving a product review (50 credits) and referring a friend (100 credits).

What is the Castlery returns policy?

Castlery customers can return items they no longer want to the brand within 30 days of making their purchase, but they'll need to pay a 20% restocking fee and send items back in their original packaging. If items are received without their original packaging, you will be charged an additional $50 repackaging fee, which will be deducted from your refund total.
