This PR adds our EMNLP 2026 paper, Context-Aware Cluster Decoding: Semantic Anchor-Driven Coherence in dMLLMs, to Section 4.
CACD is a training-free decoding strategy that improves token commitment ordering using decoded-neighbor support and global semantic-anchor accessibility.
