• 🚀 Multi-Tenant Architecture: Upgraded Krayin CRM into Razormail CRM by developing a custom master package, transforming it into a full multi-tenant system where each tenant has its own subdomain and dedicated database — similar to how Pipedrive and other leading SaaS CRMs operate.

• 🌐 Workspace Management: Enabled one user to manage multiple workspaces across tenants within Razormail CRM, improving flexibility and scalability for SaaS clients.

• 🔗 WPForms CRM Integration: Built a custom WPForms module for Razormail CRM that syncs WordPress forms and their fields directly into the CRM. Implemented a field mapping system allowing clients to map WPForms fields to CRM attributes, and developed API endpoints that automatically create or update CRM records on every WPForms entry submission — enabling seamless automated lead capture from WordPress websites into the CRM pipeline.

• ⚡ Scalable Backend: Architected Razormail CRM to support multiple tenants with fully isolated data while maintaining performance and maintainability.

• ☁️ Cloud Storage Integration: Migrated confidential document management to cloud storage for a Dubai-based travel agency, improving security, accessibility, and scalability of sensitive client documents.

• 🔒 Security Hardening: Identified and resolved 15 critical vulnerabilities in Razormail CRM — including debug mode exposure, unauthenticated endpoints, missing security headers, rate limiting, and supply-chain risks — bringing the system from a 2/17 to a 17/17 security scorecard.
