  • Added SCIM_Update_Manager_Test to validate add, update, and remove operations for the manager attribute through SCIM PATCH. Test is skipped when the manager attribute is not present in the target schema.
  • Updated SCIM user creation flow to include externalId only when the target schema supports it.
  • Generalized extension attribute handling to support custom SCIM extension namespaces instead of relying on hardcoded Enterprise User extension URNs.

Update Standard Logic App templates and scripts (logic-app-changes)

Update Standard Logic App workflow templates, parameters, and onboarding documentation from the latest validated export.

Changes:
- Refresh workflow and parameter JSON files.
- Update Standard Logic App onboarding documentation.
- Bump StandardLogicApp VERSION from 7.0 to 8.0.
- Normalize updated JSON files to LF line endings.
