VpnService を利用し、指定のアプリ以外の通信をブロックするシンプルなユーティリティツールです。
端末にインストールされているアプリから、インターネットアクセスを許可したいアプリをシンプルな操作で選ぶことができます。また、ブロックしたインターネットアクセスのパケットの情報をリアルタイムで表示します。
