For minigo, we mainly changed 2 files: preprocessing.py and dual_net.py. One is to substitute the tensorflow way to preprocess the training data, and the other one is to rewrite the model definition and training process in pytorch
Also some minor changes in some files which just use one or two lines of tensorflow code, like tf.gfile.Glob
