Seeds the community mods registry this repo now hosts for the mods hub, grouped under a mods/ folder.

What this adds

• mods/registry.json — the registry the studio fetches live from raw.githubusercontent.com/CommandCodeAI/command-code/main/mods/registry.json. Seeded with the cmd-mod-hi example.
• mods/registry.schema.json — JSON Schema so contributors get validation/autocomplete while editing.
• mods/README.md — how to add a mod (entry format, required vs. optional fields, the cmd-mod npm keyword path).
