SpaceChatDB helps you save and manage chat data easily. It works as a simple database for your chat messages. You can keep your chat history, search messages, and organize conversations. You don't need any technical skills to use it. The program runs on Windows and offers a clean way to access your chats anytime.

To get the software, visit the official GitHub page below. This page holds the latest version for Windows.
Follow these steps carefully to install and start using SpaceChatDB.
Go to the link below. You will find the files needed to install the program.
Look for the latest release or the main download section.
On the page, find the Windows setup file. It will end with .exe.
Click the file name to start the download. Your browser will save the installer on your PC.
Locate the downloaded file in your browser’s downloads or your "Downloads" folder.
Double-click the .exe file to launch the installer.
If Windows asks for permission, click "Yes" to allow the program to install.
An installation window will open. Follow the prompts:
- Choose your language if asked
- Click "Next" to continue
- Agree to the terms and conditions
- Choose the folder where you want to install SpaceChatDB, or use the default one
- Click "Install" to begin copying files
When the installation finishes, you will see a confirmation screen.
Click "Finish" to close the installer.
You should find a new SpaceChatDB icon on your desktop or in your Start menu.
Double-click the SpaceChatDB icon to open the program.
The main window will display options to create or open your chat database.
Once you open SpaceChatDB, here is how to get started with your chat database.
- Click "New Database" or "Create"
- Enter a name for your chat database
- Click "Save" to create it on your computer
With a new database open, you can add chat messages manually:
- Click "Add Message"
- Type the message, sender name, and date/time
- Click "Save" to store the message
Use the search bar at the top:
- Enter keywords or phrases you want to find
- Press Enter or click the search icon
- Results will show messages with your terms highlighted
To keep chats neat:
- Click "Manage Categories"
- Add new category names, like "Family" or "Friends"
- Assign messages to categories to sort them for easy access
To update to a new version:
- Return to the GitHub download page.
- Download the latest installer for Windows.
- Run the installer again.
- The setup will replace old files without deleting your data.
If you experience problems, try these tips:
- Make sure your Windows is up to date.
- Close other programs while installing.
- Run the installer as administrator (right-click, choose "Run as administrator").
- If the program crashes, restart your PC and try again.
- Check your antivirus isn’t blocking the installation.
