On the main branch, the CLI command is [already / still] dlc. Yesterday I changed the command name to be deeplabcut on pytorch_dlc (in #2883), but after this it has been decided internally to revert the command name back to dlc, which is done in this PR. |

Rename CLI command back from deeplabcut to dlc
