Easy to integrate pulling view for iOS7 iOS8 (any view)

STEPS: 0. Copy DSPullToRefreshView.h and .m in to your project

1. Create UIView in the xib.
2. Change class to DSPullToRefreshView
3. Add needed subiews in the Interface Builder
4. Add delegate for DSPullToRefreshView
5. Impemenent in delegate DSPullToRefreshViewDelegate
