Requirements:

1. Python 3.6.2.

2. Flask 0.12.2 with all its requires (Werkzeug, itsdangerous, click, Jinja2).

3. openpyxl 2.5.0 with all its requires (jdcal, et-xmlfile).

4. Internet connection to download JS library D3 and BootstrapCDN styles.

Start progect:

1. Run app.py by your Python 3.

2. Open your Browser and navigate to localhost:2016.
