This PR updates .github/FUNDING.yml to use the list format for github: [Foadsf], creates CONTRIBUTING.md with guidelines based on the existing README, and creates CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md using the Contributor Covenant v2.1 with contact email f.s.farimani@gmail.com. The README.md was verified to already contain the requested badges.
