  • Updates Python 3.5.2 interpreter to 3.5.3
  • Harmonizes build flags with most of the flags used by Debian.
  • Checks sha256 of Python tarball when downloading.
  • Add build script for Python 3.6.1 (after a variety of iterations, it's almost identical to 3.5.3).
Missing some Docker plumbing and tests, to be added in a future PR.
  • Disables LTO for now, because I can't get it to work nicely for 3.5.3.
  • Add some missing packages to the "library install test" for Python 3, so that the 2 and 3 lists are the same, minus some packages that don't work on 3.

Also check sha256 of Python tarball when downloading.

FYI, this makes sure ipv6 support is compiled in. If you don't pass the argument, an autoconf compile check is used, which in the past sometimes gave the wrong answer. (It ended up checking kernel features rather than API support.) I don't know if that's still the case, but better safe than sorry.
