I work with customers on Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI adoption every day. What I keep noticing: most organizations don't struggle with the technology — they struggle with getting people to actually use it.
So I started building things on the side: ready-to-deploy Copilot agents, complete adoption campaigns, foundational learning paths, and small tools that take the friction out of agent development. Everything here is community work — no support, no warranty, MIT license — but built based on real struggles.
The goal is simple: lower the barrier to entry, especially for the folks who aren't deep into adoption yet. Take a template, customize it, ship it, scale your AI usage.
Microsoft's newest Copilot capability, Copilot Cowork, is moving fast — and hands-on practitioner content is still scarce. CoworkCustoms is my open lab: practitioner notes, decision guides, and architectural comparisons from real experimentation.
What you'll find:
⚠️ Frontier features evolve fast. These notes reflect hands-on observations and may change with the product. Treat as practitioner perspective, not official Microsoft guidance.
🧪 Going deep on Cowork? See the Currently exploring section above.
AI on every desk — including the desks that traditional adoption rarely reaches.
If you're at an organization where adoption is hard, where champions burn out, or where Copilot rolled out but nobody really uses it: fork anything you find here, change what you need, ship it. That's exactly what these are for.
I'd love to hear how you're using this — what worked, what didn't, what you'd want next. Open an issue on any repo, ping me on LinkedIn, or wave at me at jaysons.dev.
⭐ If something here saved you time, a star makes my day (and helps others find it).
All projects are community work. No support, no warranty, no SLA — but plenty of love. ✌️
