My professional interests can be described as "sharing at scale". I ensure code platforms are safe, compliant, and toil-free. Currently, I work for Microsoft as a Senior Software Engineer (formerly program manager) focused on systems and processes that support thousands of developers who produce open source software. Previously, I've worked Data Scientist, Software Engineer, and Technical Program Manager roles as a NASA contractor and before that as Geoscientist for BP. I have professional interests across 📊 data visualization, 📝 natural language processing, 🗣️ speech-to-text, ⚒ geoscience, 📂 open data, 💻 open source, and 🏢inner source.
Most of the repos on here are side projects. Geoscience is a dominant trend in these repos, because it is an area where I have a lot of domain knowledge. However, I don't use it in my day job, so it makes for a nice dividing line between work & side projects.
