Configuration changes that allow for DIVE to be run without VIAME algorithms by not using --profile cpu when running docker compose.
This will prevent the pipeline/training containers from running and will disable endpoints related to running pipelines or training
The front-end will hide all pipeline/training instances from the interface when run in this mode.
There is a newer environment variable COMPOSE_PROFILES either gpu (default) or cpu for cpu only
