After the review, pls do not merge this yet. We are waiting for the forte-enterprise-3 to come alive first in a week or two.
This change is to get ahead and prepare for the launch when the QPU is available. Thanks.

Looks good to me syao94305 , but could you include Oxford commas in the pricing.md for clarity and to follow MS Learn style guidelines? Thanks!

Will hold off on merging this until you let me know that Enterprise 3 comes online.
