The star history chart in the README is currently broken due to GitHub stargazer API restrictions. Point the chart and its link to the star-history.dera.page mirror so it renders again.

The star history chart in the README is broken because the upstream star history service can no longer pull data reliably from the GitHub stargazer API. This change switches the chart to a working mirror at star-history.dera.page so the chart renders correctly again.
