Summary

This PR merges the latest validated changes from staging into main, including improvements to AutoBIDSify, AI-assisted search, and 3D preview reliability.

Changes

AutoBIDSify

• Add EEG file-type detection.
• Recognize EEG files during the planning stage.
• Classify EEG modality and recording type during evidence generation.

AI Search

• Display AI-summary matches on dataset cards.
• Highlight and explain matched content within dataset descriptions.

3D Preview

• Fix the 3D preview by replacing the unavailable OrbitControls.js URL with a maintained CDN source.

Validation

• Features have been tested on the development server zodiac prior to merging.
