3.5.1.0: one package for OJS, OPS and OMP

OPS: the DOI of each preprint in its lists (Templates::Archive::Preprint), after
the authors; this replaces doiInSummaryOps.
OMP: the DOI of each book in the catalogue, home page, series, categories and
search results, after the authors, through a named output filter, since the book
summary has no hook; the books come from the template variables, no new query.
The DOI label keeps one colon whatever the application's label is.
Tests: the hook of each application, the OMP filter, the DOIs given through the
API in the Cypress spec with the plugin off and on; CI on OJS, OPS and OMP.
