Solved Problem
Extends the fix from #24115 to cover the rtl_mission_fast path.
Solution
Relaxed alt_acceptance_radius (FLT_MAX) in RtlMissionFast after back-transition, matching the fixes in rtl_mission_fast_reverse.cpp and rtl_direct_mission_land.cpp.
