What is the purpose of the change
配置一个每日定时任务，设置如下：
执行时间区间：18:00 - 19:10
切换间隔：30 分钟
当前系统时间为：17:50
此时调用获取该任务执行时间列表的逻辑，返回了错误的结果，导致任务未能在 18:00、18:30、19:00 正确触发。
