Avoid double-parsing JWT segments via jsonwebtoken::decode, skip options plumbing on plain decode/decode_complete, and ship fat-LTO wheels. Also align require/null claim handling with PyJWT and make missing-claim errors deterministic.
Bump package versions and document the performance release: single-pass decode, Python fast path, LTO wheels, and PyJWT-aligned require handling.
