Summary

• Tables with no declared PRIMARY KEY (`CREATE TABLE t (name TEXT)`) use implicit `rowid` as the Table Browser DML key.
• Browse SELECT projects `"rowid", *` so Save can `UPDATE … WHERE rowid`. Status is no longer “no primary key”.
• `WITHOUT ROWID` tables keep their declared PK (they always have one).

Test plan

• Open Table Browser on `CREATE TABLE t (name TEXT)` → cells are editable, no “no primary key” status
• Edit a cell, Save → row updates (`WHERE rowid`)
• INTEGER PRIMARY KEY tables still use the declared PK, not a duplicate rowid column
• `WITHOUT ROWID` table with a PK still edits via that PK
• Views stay read-only
