Welcome to SAFEHR

SAFEHR (pronounced simply as safer) is our Secure/Anonymised Framework for Electronic Health Record data at UCLH. We're a partnership between UCL and UCLH supported and funded by the UCLH Biomedical Research Centre.

If you're interested in learning more, then please drop by the Institute of Health Informatics (IHI) at 222 Euston Road, or drop us an email.

We manage and maintain software to support health data reseearch.

EMAP: The Experimental Medicine Application Platform (EMAP) produces a near real-time database containing clinical data for research and dashboard development within UCLH.
PIXL is a system for extracting, linking and de-identifying DICOM imaging data, structured EHR data and free-text data from radiology reports at UCLH.
FlowEHR is an open-source platform for iterative, safe & reproducible development & deployment of data science solutions inside the NHS.
