I’m a Czech language tutor for foreigners. I’ve studied Czech language and linguistics, and I’ve been teaching since 2018.
I help adults who live and work in the Czech Republic (and beyond) to speak and write Czech with more confidence — in a supportive, friendly, but structured way.
Czech Buddy is my teaching and education project focused on:
- online Czech courses (1:1 and group)
- Czech exam preparation (Permanent Residence A2, Citizenship B1, and CCE A1–C1)
- language mentoring (clear plans, accountability, real progress)
- creating learning materials and courses
- proofreading and language support for foreigners (CV checks, writing corrections, interview preparation, etc.)
- Czech for expats and professionals
- Czech as a foreign language (general + practical everyday Czech)
- Exam preparation:
- A2 Permanent Residence exam
- B1 Citizenship exam
- CCE exams (A1–C1)
- special professional exams (e.g., healthcare / Ministry of Health)
- Medical Czech & communication for healthcare professionals
- Czech writing & proofreading for non-native speakers
- Teaching individual and group Czech courses since 2018
- Member of the Association of Teachers of Czech as a Foreign Language (AUČCJ)
- BA — Czech Language (specialization: Computational Linguistics)
- MA — Computational Linguistics
- Training: asynchronous teaching methodology (Digitální lektoři, 2020)
- want Czech courses for foreigners (individual or group)
- want to improve your Czech communication skills

Interests: Czech language, dance, gym, weird facts, dog-sitting good dogs (and friends 😄), peeling and eating pomelo, and browsing Lidl leaflets.
