Create strava_tracker/ directory with Flask web app
Implement Strava OAuth2 authentication (strava_client.py)
Implement SQLite database for activities, bikes, and components (database.py)
Implement Flask routes (main UI, sync, add/reset/delete components) (app.py)
Build HTML/JS single-page UI with Bootstrap (templates/index.html)
Add requirements.txt and README.md for setup instructions
Verify the app runs and take screenshots
